that Patti and Robert Martinez committed to when they opened their real estate
practice in Gwinnett County a number of years ago. As one of the top-ranked
real estate teams in the Keller Williams/Duluth office, Patti and Robert have
relished the opportunity to share their approximate thirty years of business
experience with their real estate clients.
Patti is formally
trained as an industrial engineer, having graduated from the Georgia Institute
of Technology. Through this training and, as a result of a number of years in
the corporate world, as an internal consultant, Patti has developed a strong set
of business skills that is highly effective in today’s real estate market.
Patti is well versed in the areas of contract negotiation, detailed analytical
review, project management, marketing, cost/benefit analysis and a number of
other business skills. It is these business skills, in combination with a love
of real estate and people, that make Patti a highly successful real estate
professional.
Robert has a strong business consulting background, which
was developed over a ten year time period with national accounting and
consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers. Robert also has a number of
years of experience, at the “C” executive level, with public and private
companies, in industries ranging from entertainment to healthcare. Robert’s
experience includes contract negotiation, project management, team development,
issue resolution, technical analysis, marketing, and cost/benefit analysis.
Robert is driven by new situations, where he can interact towards a common
goal, and he has a true passion for anything related to real estate.
Patti and Robert combine distinct, yet similar backgrounds
in a team approach to real estate that has proven highly successful. With focus
on results, true attention to details, and creative and effective marketing
ideas, they bring a unique approach to both buy or sale transactions. Working
